We are looking for a Campaign & Media Manager focused on driving sales through performance driven campaigns as well as increase the overall awareness of BYD in Belgium & Luxembourg via positioning & branding campaigns.

Your role

  • You develop, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote BYD electric & hybrid cars in Belgium and Luxembourg
  • You manage online & offline campaigns from A to Z (managing the budget, briefing content agency, monitoring and optimising campaigns);
  • You create and execute paid digital marketing campaigns on social networks;
  • You create with our agency unique and bold above the line campaigns
  • You define in collaboration with the head of marketing & media agency the best media strategy to reach targets in the most efficient way
  • You deliver detailed campaign reports using the usual analytical tools (GA4, Meta business suite….) 
  • You will optimise conversion funnels (management of key conversion points, A/B testing, performance measurement, etc.).
  • You have the end-to-end view from campaign to final conversion (sales)
  • You collaborate with the digital content expert in optimising the website
  • You collaborate effectively & support colleagues in ad-hoc requests

 

Your experience

  • We are looking for a passionate and motivated marketer with:
  • Experience in managing 360° marketing and communication campaigns 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a proven ability to turn data into insightful reporting
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, and wants to get skills to the next level
  • A hands-on mentality and is not afraid of rolling up sleeves and getting things done
  • Comfortable working in a start-up mindset where everything is possible 
  • Languages: Fluent in French or Dutch – good level of English
