Introduction
We’re hiring a Junior Accounts Receivable to handle invoicing, collections, and cash application. You’ll work closely with sales and finance teams to maintain accurate receivables and ensure timely payments in a fast-paced, international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices and maintain billing accuracy
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments
- Apply payments and reconcile accounts
- Resolve disputes and support month-end closing
- Drive process improvements and automation
What We’re Looking For:
- A highschool, graduate or bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- No previous Accounts Receivable (AR) experience is required, but would be a plus
- ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong communication, organizational, and Excel skills
- Familiarity with VAT/GST and multi-currency transactions preferred
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Proficient in English
