Introduction
As a Sales Admin & Delivery Employee, you will play a key role in the vehicle delivery process, ensuring smooth administration and efficient coordination. You will help provide customers with a seamless and exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering new cars, invoicing on the day of delivery, and processing proof of payment
  • Managing financing and maintenance contracts, preparing delivery documents, and assembling welcome packages
  • Maintaining accurate administration and filing of all delivery files
  • Coordinating transport and logistics for vehicle deliveries
  • Scheduling appointments for vehicle handovers and following up on files for both new and used cars

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in an administrative role with customer contact
  • Good knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word). Knowledge of a dealer computer package (Incadea) is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A true team player who thrives in collaboration and communicates effectively
  • Organized and precise while remaining flexible when needed
  • Dynamic, solution-oriented, and always ready to take initiative
