Service Advisor Toyota

At Inchcape, we are looking for a passionate Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Brussels (also known as "Toyota City"). As a Service Advisor, you will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch aftersales service.

 

Your Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively managing the occupation and productivity of the workshop through efficient planning management.
  • Closely collaborating with different teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Overseeing the quality control of the services performed and handling invoicing.
  • Providing courtesy cars to customers when necessary, including the required documents (signed contract, copy of ID card, driving license).
  • Delivering cars after service and providing professional feedback to customers, including technical details if necessary.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing invoices, processing internal documents, receiving payments, and preparing documents for audit requests.
  • Managing warranty and claim files, including proper re-invoicing and following up on warranty claims and recall campaigns.

 

Your Profile:

  • Strong technical insights and a passion for the automotive sector.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good knowledge of English.
  • A customer-focused attitude: you always greet customers with a smile and provide them with the best service.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
