As a Customer Advisor for Toyota & Lexus insurance products, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to both dealers and private customers. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports iconic automotive brands and helps shape the future of mobility.
What you’ll do
- Respond to customer inquiries about Toyota & Lexus insurance products via email, phone, and other channels
- Prepare insurance quotations in collaboration with certified dealers
- Accurately and efficiently prepare and follow up on customer files
- Coordinate with insurance partners to ensure smooth case handling
- Provide commercial and administrative support to both dealers and private customers
About you
To be successful in this role you will be:
- A degree in an administrative field (e.g. Insurance, Legal Practice, Office Management) is a strong plus, experience is not a must
- Curious and eager to learn, with a strong interest in insurance and customer service.
- Proficient with administrative tasks and skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Quick to pick up new knowledge, especially when guided by experienced colleagues.
- Structured and detail-focused, with a proactive and responsible mindset.
- Motivated by helping others and confident in handling customer and dealer interactions.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English.
