Be the Face of Our New Delivery Center!

 

Are you passionate about cars and delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a dedicated specialist to join our team at the new delivery center in Machelen, where you will ensure top-tier customer experience in Dutch, French, and English.

 

About the Role:
As our new Delivery Employee, you will be the primary point of contact for customers at our brand-new delivery center. Your mission is to provide clients with all the information they need about their new vehicles and answer their questions with enthusiasm.

 

Your tasks include:

  • Escorting customers to the delivery area and giving a detailed walkthrough of the vehicle’s features and options.
  • Overseeing the administrative closure of client files, ensuring strict adherence to established processes.
  • Closely monitoring and managing vehicle dossiers to ensure timely updates and resolution.
  • Coordinating and initiating vehicle preparations before delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover process.
  • Acting as the primary contact for customers, providing comprehensive administrative details regarding their vehicles.
  • Celebrating customer purchases and encouraging them to participate in feedback surveys.
  • Serving as the liaison between customers and the service department to address any questions or concerns.
  • Managing on-site vehicle deliveries, performing thorough car checks to ensure readiness.
  • Promptly uploading all delivery-related documentation into the system.

Who are you?

  • Experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Proficiency in Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • A strong interest in or knowledge of cars and their features.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
  • A team player who can also work independently when needed.
  • Outstanding communication and sales skills.
  • Adaptable, dynamic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach.
  • Initiative-driven with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
