As part of a fast-growing team, you'll be instrumental in driving financial efficiency and growth in a dynamic start-up environment.

Your role:

  • Provide financial guidance to Operational Heads to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct qualitative monthly business reviews with Operational Heads.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for performance management.
  • Assist in leading forecast exercises and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and Internal Control Standards.

 

Your experience:
Must have:

  • Master's degree in Finance.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of general accounting procedures and financial reporting.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch with business English.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • be able to work in a "start-up" mindset

 

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Incadea, and SAP.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to challenge operational heads.
