Sales Operations Support Toyota

We’re looking for our new colleague as Sales Operations Support to join our Toyota team, offering vital commercial support to the Sales & Fleet teams as well as Toyota and Lexus dealers across our network.

 

Your Role
As commercial support for Toyota and Lexus dealers, you’ll be responsible for handling commercial inquiries and assist them in finding solutions, helping the Sales & Fleet team with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth processing of (fleet) orders and direct invoicing.

 Additional responsibilities include:

  • Generating various sales reports per dealer/zone and fleet sales reports
  • Preparing, translating and publishing commercial communications for the network through different channels
  • Supporting promotional activities, credit checks and campaigns.
  • Maintaining an organized tracking system for special fleet deals, including orders, invoicing, and delivery timelines

 

Your Profile

  • Sales experience in an equivalent position, combining client interaction and rigorous administrative follow-up
  • Quick learner with ERP systems & approval tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written) with knowledge of English
  • Experience or interest in the automotive industry is a plus
