As a Sales Admin Coordinator, you'll be the one ensuring our ordering & delivery processes meet the standards in the fast-paced sales world, by guiding the sales admin team but also by playing your own part in the follow-up of administrative tasks when needed. If you like motivating a team, are good with details and thrive in a busy environment, this job is perfect for you. In this role you (as well as your Admin colleagues) will be reporting to the Sales Admin & Delivery Manager.

Your role

  • You drive the business and maximize performance by ensuring an accurate & smooth administration of the vehicles to be delivered 
  • You coordinate the planning of the delivery of the cars
  • You act as operational support and backup of the whole Sales Admin & Delivery team 
  • You look for efficiencies in processes and procedures
  • You follow-up the daily delivery figures and develop action plans when needed
  • You implement a clear delivery procedure for all sites

Your experience

  • Experience in an administrative role with customer contacts.
  • Experience in leading a team is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word).  Knowledge of a dealer computer package (Incadea) is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being a dynamic team player who can act and think proactively
  • Accurate and organized
  • Have a high degree of integrity
