Our BYD Sales team is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team in Sint-Martens-Latem. In this position, you’ll be the face of the BYD brand in the showroom, guiding customers through their journey and turning their interest into long-term satisfaction. You’ll combine your passion for electric mobility with a strong commercial drive to help shape the future of sustainable transport.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome customers in the showroom and provide tailored advice on BYD’s fully electric vehicle range.
  • Actively seek out new prospects and build long-term customer relationships based on trust and service.
  • Organize and follow up on test drives to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Track and manage leads and interested parties in the CRM system.
  • Represent the BYD brand at events and through social media engagement.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process, including quotations and contracts.
  • Coordinate the delivery of vehicles and ensure a smooth handover to customers.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Passionate about the automotive industry and excited by the future of electric mobility.
  • A driven self-starter with a strong commercial mindset and a focus on results.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities and turning them into action.
  • Customer-focused, with a preference for a personal and consultative sales approach.
  • Experienced in sales, ideally in a retail or automotive environment.
  • Professional in appearance and communication.
  • Hands-on, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English.
