We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor for Lexus Antwerp

 

Your role

  • As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for the sale of new cars as well as used cars to private customers, both online and in the showroom 
  • You follow up leads meticulously 
  • You inform and advise (potential) customers correctly, both by phone, e-mail and in person 
  • You ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • You closely follow up interested parties 
  • You act as a 'Brand Ambassador' both in the showroom, during events and via social media 
  • You refer potentially interested customers to the online sales platform and closely follow up afterwards 
  • You ensure that the showroom is always in order, that the vehicles look tidy and are provided with the necessary information 
  • You ensure that the correct information is always available on the online sales platform.
  • You carry out the necessary administrative tasks linked to the sales process 
  • You take care of the delivery of the vehicles to the customers should this be necessary

Your profile

  • You have a strong interest in the automotive sector 
  • You are a go-getter, are strongly result-oriented and have the will to succeed 
  • You detect opportunities and take action 
  • You have excellent communication skills, you put the customer first and stand for a personalised approach
  • You have demonstrable successful sales experience; automotive experience is a plus 
  • You have a well-groomed appearance 
  • You have a hands-on mentality and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team 
  • You are stress-resistant and know how to set priorities 
  • You are fluent in Dutch and can also express yourself in French and English
