Your role:
As a Sales Advisor for Used Cars, your main responsibility will be:

  • Selling pre-owned vehicles to private customers, both online and in the showroom.
  • Actively follow up on leads
  • Provide accurate information and advice to customers via phone, email, and in person, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Guide prospects throughout their buying journey
  • Represent the brand in the showroom, at events, and on social media
  • Direct interested customers to our online sales platform and follow up closely
  • Ensure the showroom is always in order, with clean vehicles, well-presented and properly informed
  • Regularly update information on the online sales platform
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the sales process
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries to customers when necessary

Your profile:

  • Passion for the automotive industry
  • Strong results-driven attitude, proactive, and ready to seize every opportunity
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing stress effectively
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with basic English skills
