Sales Supervisor Toyota City Zaventem

Toyota City Zaventem is looking for an Sales Supervisor. In this role, you will lead the sales team, ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to achieving commercial targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the sales team (Toyota & Lexus Sales Advisors, Fleet Sales, Product Experts).
  • Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Oversee and validate sales administration files.
  • Ensure a well-presented showroom and efficient stock management.
  • Be actively present in the showroom and provide support as needed.
  • Plan sales activities and holidays to maintain full coverage.
  • Conduct 1-on-1 meetings and support team development.
  • Report to the Site Manager and take independent decisions over time.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in automotive sales or team management.
  • Hands-on, stress-resistant, and result-oriented.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Mature and capable of guiding the team effectively.
  • Willing to be actively involved in the showroom.
