Toyota City Zaventem is looking for an Sales Supervisor. In this role, you will lead the sales team, ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to achieving commercial targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the sales team (Toyota & Lexus Sales Advisors, Fleet Sales, Product Experts).
- Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee and validate sales administration files.
- Ensure a well-presented showroom and efficient stock management.
- Be actively present in the showroom and provide support as needed.
- Plan sales activities and holidays to maintain full coverage.
- Conduct 1-on-1 meetings and support team development.
- Report to the Site Manager and take independent decisions over time.
Your Profile:
- Experience in automotive sales or team management.
- Hands-on, stress-resistant, and result-oriented.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Mature and capable of guiding the team effectively.
- Willing to be actively involved in the showroom.
