IT Service Delivery Manager

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality IT services while ensuring strong business alignment? As the Belgium IT Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing IT operations and driving continuous improvements across day-to-day activities, all while supporting the EU project delivery agenda. Collaborating closely with the Senior IT Manager, you will enhance IT assurance and elevate service quality through well-established policies, processes, and controls.

In this role, you will be the primary IT partner for the local business, ensuring seamless service delivery, effective stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. You will serve as a crucial link between regional/global IT teams and the local market, managing everything from daily IT operations to the rollout of strategic projects.

Your Role

  • Act as the primary IT contact for local business and key escalation point for all IT-related matters.
  • Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and ITSM processes are consistently met across internal and external providers.
  • Build strong relationships with local business leaders including the Country Manager, Dealership Managers, and heads of key departments (Sales, Aftersales, Finance, HR, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with IT suppliers: approve invoices, control costs, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with Inchcape policies.
  • Lead IT compliance efforts (GDPR, MCF, IT Security) and own IT audit responsibilities at the country level.
  • Collaborate with regional/global infrastructure and security teams to implement frameworks (e.g., NIST, ITGC).
  • Own and manage the local IT Service Delivery budget (Opex & Capex).
  • Support the transition of projects into BAU with proper documentation and processes.
  • Maintain and update IT service documentation (policies, procedures, manuals).
  • Ensure business continuity plans (DRP, backup strategies) are in place for IT services.
  • Contribute to regional/global standardization and synergy initiatives across applications and infrastructure.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Your Profile

Must-Haves

  • 5–10 years’ experience in IT service delivery or operations.
  • Strong track record managing IT services and suppliers.
  • Experience with ERP systems and IT security/compliance (e.g. GDPR, MCF).
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and self-driven with a hands-on mindset.
  • Calm, structured, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Team player with a collaborative and approachable attitude.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Ability to identify improvements and drive initiatives independently.
