Are you ready to launch your career in the dynamic world of automotive? 🌟 We’re looking for a Junior Sales Planning & Data Assistant to join our supportive team at Inchcape, the exclusive distributor of Toyota, Lexus, and BYD in Belgium.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in an organized environment. You’ll support a team of three Sales Planning Managers, helping to ensure that our dealerships have the vehicles they need, exactly when customers want them. This involves forecasting future vehicle demand, analyzing sales trends, and planning orders months in advance to guarantee availability.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze sales data and trends to anticipate future vehicle needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Planning Managers to plan vehicle orders across Toyota, Lexus, and BYD models.
  • Maintain and manage accurate records in SAP to support smooth forecasting and operations.
  • Create and update detailed reports in Excel, driving data-backed decisions.
  • Assist with invoicing and credit note processes to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Communicate with car dealerships (primarily via email) in French and Dutch, offering support and guidance.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve planning processes and increase efficiency.

  • You’re detail-oriented, love organizing information, and have a knack for precision.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data, with a particular strength in Excel (bonus if you know SQL!).
  • A fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools and processes, especially SAP.
  • Enthusiastic about the automotive industry, with an interest in iconic brands like Toyota, Lexus, and innovative EVs from BYD.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch to communicate effectively with our dealer network.
