Jr. Campaign Manager

Our Marketing team is look for a Jr. Campaign Manager in Zaventem. In this role, you will work closely with the CRM Manager, Campaign Managers, and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to deliver impactful customer communications and ensure smooth day‑to‑day campaign operations.

You will support the coordination, setup, testing, and deployment of email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (training provided if needed). Your curiosity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn will make you a key contributor to enhancing customer engagement and supporting business objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage customer and prospect databases to accurately identify and segment target audiences for each campaign
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to review performance, validate hypotheses, and drive continuous optimisation of future campaigns
  • Support the end‑to‑end delivery of email campaigns, including briefing, setup, testing, and deployment
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and approvals with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high‑quality execution
  • Maintain and document campaign processes to safeguard operational consistency, compliance, and efficiency

About you:

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Experience and a strong interest in CRM and email marketing, with a willingness to further develop your expertise
  • Analytical mindset, able to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Experience with database management, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML or SQL is considered a valuable asset
  • Interest in marketing automation and a desire to grow in this area
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organised way
  • Collaborative team player, eager to learn, contribute, and grow within an international environment
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch or French
