We are looking for a motivated Fleet Business Development Manager to join our team at Inchcape, the distributor of Toyota and Lexus in Belgium and Luxemburg. In this role, you will drive growth by attracting new business, managing key relationships, and leading participation in large and public tenders. If you have a background in account management, strong project coordination skills, and are ready to take on the challenge of working with large corporate and public sector clients, we want to hear from you!

 

Your role

  • New Business Development: Attract and secure new business by prospecting large companies with fleets of over 100 vehicles.
  • (International) Account Management: Manage and follow up on a portfolio of existing (international) accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.
  • Direct Sales: Lead and close large sales deals involving more than 20 vehicles.
  • Tender Management: Analyze and participate in large (public) tenders (200+ vehicles), assessing viability and ensuring our offer meets mutual interests.
  • Internal Alignment for Tenders: Coordinate with internal teams to set product offerings, pricing, logistics, and other requirements for tender participation.
  • Networking: Build and nurture relationships with public organizations to increase awareness of Toyota’s offerings.
  • Presentation & Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to procurement teams to secure large tenders.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in Dutch and French, with solid English skills
