Your role:

  • As a Regional Sales Manager, we expect you to drive and achieve commercial growth objectives in the BeLux.
  • You guide and motivate our agency network to meet sales targets.
  • You maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • You ensure agency compliance with BYD standards.
  • You identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • You manage logistics for efficient product delivery.
  • You serve as the main point of contact for agency partners.
  • You report to the Sales Manager.

 

Your experience:

  • We seek a passionate, results-driven Regional Sales Manager who can inspire, lead, and achieve excellence in customer service within the automotive industry.
  • You are customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a solid understanding of independent franchise agencies and sales dynamics.
  • You are proficient in developing long-term relationships and identifying opportunities.
  • You are able to lead through influence and collaborate effectively.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of automotive revenue drivers.
  • You have 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • You are experienced in exceeding sales targets and managing independent dealer networks.
  • You have excellent social and communication skills.
  • You are proficient in common software tools.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, with good English skills.
