Your role

  • Be in charge of managing all recruitment processes and strategies within a small but efficient Talent Acquisition team (you and a Talent Acquisition partner).
  • For a part of our business (distribution), manage the recruitment and selection process from A to Z, collaborating with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Outline employer branding initiatives in line with company expectations and lead projects to develop creative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.
  • Proactively manage talent pools for strategic profiles.
  • Develop metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of various attraction tools and channels.
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition vendors, including contracts and invoice processes.
  • Manage change and ensure the perfect use of all talent acquisition processes within SuccessFactors.
  • Plan and execute diversity & inclusion activities related to Talent Attraction & Acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and GDPR regulations in all recruitment activities

 

Your profile

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Dutch, French, and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation, customer service, organizational, and time management skills. Drive, proactive, positive, "can do" attitude.
