Introduction
Inchcape Belux is looking for a temporary administrative replacement in Machelen. For this short-term assignment, we are seeking a Temporary Administrative Officer who will play a key role in the vehicle delivery process. You will be responsible for accurate administrative follow-up and coordination, ensuring that customers receive their vehicles in an efficient and professional manner. Working closely with colleagues, you will manage the entire administrative flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating invoices after payment is received
- Requesting files from colleagues
- Sending vehicle documents to customers
- Arranging transport or pickup of purchased vehicles
- Entering documents and invoices into Smartsheet
- Responding to emails regarding invoicing, delivery, and payment
- Creating vehicles in the system
- Following up on payments and bank statements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative skills (MS Office suite)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Understanding of financial processes
- Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a strong asset (for German clients)
- Available from early November for 4 months (full-time or 4/5), with possibility of extension

Introduction
Join Inchcape Belux as a Teamleader Accounts Payable (AP) and supervise a small team responsible for the efficient management of supplier invoices, payments, and employee expenses. You will ensure timely processing, maintain good relationships with suppliers, and contribute to monthly closings in a dynamic multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify supplier invoices
- Execute timely payments and manage payment schedules
- Maintain vendor records and resolve billing queries
- Assist with month-end closings and compliance reporting
- Identify process improvements and support automation efforts
- Manage a small team in your department
What We’re Looking For:
- Highschool, Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 4+ years of AP experience is required, but would be a large plus
- ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good communicator
- Knowledge of VAT/GST and multi-currency environments a plus
- Ambition to manage a small team
- People management experience is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Proficient in English
