Join Inchcape, a global leader in automotive distribution and retail, as a "Fleet and Light Commercial Vehicle Sales advisor" for Toyota.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

Your Role

  •   Guide customers through the sales process, providing expert advice on products, financing options, insurance, and accessories and specific transformations.
  •   Play a key role in launching the Toyota LCV Centre from Toyota City and contribute to the growth of our LCV business.
  •   Identify and pursue new fleet prospects daily, expanding our market presence.
  •   Maintain and follow up with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  •   Create compelling commercial proposals, including financial products and offers.
  •   Leverage financial and technical specific  data to enhance the sales process and meet targets.

Your Experience
 

Must Have:

  •   Proven experience as a Light Commercial Vehicle/Fleet Sales Executive. You understand the complexity of this sales process and you feel comfortable with the specific adaptations for those cars.
  •   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, and business-level English.
  •   A track record of delivering high-quality customer service in THIS domain.
  •   Ability to set and achieve sales targets. You will drive the sales performance and business growth
  •   Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  •   Comfortable working with financial data in the sales process.

Nice to Have:

  • Strong commercial attitude with proactive sales and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong communication and administrative capabilities.
  • Proven experience in the LCV market and the adaptations/transformations of those cars
