As a Training & Warranty Specialist, you are responsible for developing and coordinating training programs for technical & supporting functions in the after sales department of Inchcape BYD dealer network, and for managing warranty claims of Inchcape BYD dealer network. You will work closely with the aftersales team and our dealer/agency network to ensure that our service meets the highest standards and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. You act in a supporting role of the dealer/agency network.
Job role and responsibilities:
Develop training programs in line with OEM standards for after sales employees within the dealer network. Training involves vehicle (product, components, technology) and supporting multiple aspects of the after sales business.(customer approach, customer satisfaction, warranty, dealer management systems, technical information systems, etc)
In this role, you will:
- Increase level of customer satisfaction by improving dealer network performance
- Plan & timely provide and coordinate training as & when required
- Monitor dealer network training completion ratio to achieve 100%
- Manage the warranty claims process & suggest improvements as & when required
- Monitor dealer warranty claim submission & quality
- Support dealers where needed and identify further training needs
- Maintain excellent relationship with dealers through regular (remote & on location) meetings
Skills required:
- You have the reputation of a reliable Business Partner with whom customers/agencies like to do business.
- You have a good automotive knowledge, either through an education in Autotechnology or an equivalent through experience
- You like challenges and propose solutions.
- You have excellent social and communication skills.
- Providing the best customer service is very important to you.
- You are familiar with the most common software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- You have an excellent knowledge of both Dutch and French
- You also have a good knowledge of English.
