What will you do?
Your duties and responsibilities include :
- You are responsible for a flawless , impeccable service on the cars of our clientele.
- You will carry out servicing and repairs on electric vehicles.
- Speaking to customers (technical explanations on repairs or maintenance)
- You are able to assist in preparing quotations for maintenance or other repairs.
- You can work with all materials and equipment to carry out servicing and repairs on vehicles.
- You are able to independently collect all necessary information to carry out your duties.
Who you are?
- You may have a secondary education in a technical field (car mechanics, electronics) or similar
- You have a passion for cars and an interest in new technologies
- You preferably have previous experience in the automotive sector and maybe even worked on electric vehicles
- You are service-oriented, conscientious and organised and can work independently
- You are a team player who learns from colleagues and also shares knowledge
- You are fluent in Dutch or French

We are looking for a passionate and driven Vehicle Connectivity and Multimedia Specialist to join our team.
As an Vehicle Connectivity and Multimedia Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to Toyota and Lexus dealers for integrated multimedia systems.
You will work closely with team colleagues, Toyota/Lexus dealers, Toyota Motor Europe, and customers to ensure maximum satisfaction and effectively resolve technical issues.
Your role
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to vehicle multimedia systems.
- Provide technical support and assistance to dealers and customers regarding multimedia systems (audio, video, navigation, connectivity).
- Train dealership staff on the use and troubleshooting of multimedia systems.
- Collaborate with technical and production teams to improve systems and integrate user feedback.
- Write and update technical documentation on our extranet.
- Participate in follow-up meetings and share customer feedback and market trends with factories.
Your profile
- Degree in electronics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the automotive multimedia technology or aftersales technical support is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of navigation, audio, video, and connectivity systems.
- Excellent diagnostic and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and communicate effectively with technical staff.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software specific to the automotive sector.
- Bilingual Dutch/French, with a strong command of English.
