You will work closely with team colleagues, Toyota/Lexus dealers, Toyota Motor Europe, and customers to ensure maximum satisfaction and effectively resolve technical issues.
Your role
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to vehicle multimedia systems.
- Provide technical support and assistance to dealers and customers regarding multimedia systems (audio, video, navigation, connectivity).
- Train dealership staff on the use and troubleshooting of multimedia systems.
- Collaborate with technical and production teams to improve systems and integrate user feedback.
- Write and update technical documentation on our extranet.
- Participate in follow-up meetings and share customer feedback and market trends with factories.
Your profile
- Degree in electronics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the automotive multimedia technology or aftersales technical support is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of navigation, audio, video, and connectivity systems.
- Excellent diagnostic and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and communicate effectively with technical staff.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software specific to the automotive sector.
- Bilingual Dutch/French, with a strong command of English.
