Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact in our BYD showroom. You ensure a smooth sales experience and a warm welcome for every customer. Your responsibilities include:
- Actively seeking out new customers and commercial opportunities
- Providing accurate information and tailored advice with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Coordinating and following up on test drives
- Building and maintaining relationships with interested customers
- Representing BYD as a “brand ambassador” in the showroom, at events, and on social media
- Preparing vehicle deliveries together with the product engineer and handing them over to customers
- Performing administrative tasks related to the sales process with accuracy

Introduction
Join Inchcape Belux as a Vehicle Logistics Specialist and take charge of the daily logistics flow. Ensure data accuracy and maintain strong communication with dealerships, internal teams, and logistics partners.
You’ll manage vehicle deliveries from storage to dealer, handle SAP transactions and act as the first point of contact for delivery-related questions, working closely with the Vehicle Logistics Manager to maintain high service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Operational Vehicle Flow
- Monitor vehicle stock and coordinate transfers (dealer-to-dealer, to CarCenter).
- Handle daily vehicle call-offs and resolve issues.
- Ensure smooth logistics between storage, conversion, and delivery
- Dealer Support & Ticket Handling
- Act as first point of contact for delivery-related dealer inquiries.
- Log and follow up on requests in the Cars Delivery ticket system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within SLA.
- SAP & Admin Tasks
- Execute SAP transactions (transfers, invoicing, status updates).
- Maintain Excel dashboards and support reporting.
- Print delivery documents.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Support updates to tools, checklists, and dealer documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in logistics, administration, or related field
- Prior experience in operational logistics or automotive environment is a plus
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is an asset
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Good working knowledge of English
- Hands-on and accurate working style
- Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
- Able to prioritize and stay organized under pressure
- Strong communicator, especially by phone and email
- Reliable team player with a proactive attitude

Inchcape is looking for a Fleet Sales Advisor for Toyota City Zaventem. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting businesses in the Zaventem region with a fleet of up to 50 vehicles. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and delivering excellent service.
Your Role
- Actively prospect companies in the region to expand our fleet business.
- Advise customers on vehicles, financing options, insurance, and accessories.
- Maintain and follow up with existing customers to build long-term relationships.
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals and quotations.
- Utilize financial data to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to support the launch and growth of the Toyota Centre.
Your Profile
Must-haves:
- Experience in the automotive sector, preferably in fleet sales.
