Sales Planning & Ordering Assistant

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the automotive industry? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Planning Support person to join our team at Inchcape, the exclusive distributor of Toyota, Lexus, and BYD in Belgium.

 

In the Sales Planning department, you will help ensure that our dealerships have enough cars available for customers. This means working with our Sales Planning Managers to understand what types of cars people want based on market trends. You’ll play a key role in making sure that vehicle orders are placed correctly and on time.
 

Your role

  • Analyzing data to see sales trends and how many vehicles are available.
  • Assisting with invoices and credit notes to ensure everything is accurate.
  • Keeping important data organized and accurate in our SAP system.
  • Checking that all information in the SAP system is correct.
  • Managing vehicle codes in SAP and creating reports using Excel.
  • Communicating with car dealers in French and Dutch to answer questions and provide help.
  • Looking for ways to improve our internal processes to make our work more efficient.

 

What We’re looking for:

  • A detail-oriented person who is organized and thorough.
  • Someone comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • A quick learner who can adapt to new tools and systems, especially SAP and Excel.
  • An interest in the automotive world, particularly with brands like Toyota, Lexus, and BYD.
  • Skills in Excel are important; knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in both French and Dutch to communicate effectively with dealers.
